When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier selected and the delivery personnel in charge. We work with a network of shipping partners across major cities. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days from the moment the order is placed and confirmed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our partner shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on our Delivery Page.
For International Shipping: If you are outside the country, you can contact our team directly via WhatsApp. We will provide you with the product weight details and shipping quotes from international carriers that are not currently integrated into the store’s automated checkout.
What happens if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed terms regarding returns and exchanges. In the event of an agreed-upon return due to a manufacturing defect:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item and for the reshipping of the replacement.
The customer will not be charged for the value of the replacement product itself, in accordance with our return policy.
Is there a discount for bulk or wholesale orders?
